A client's sister had already been refused a UK visitor visa when the client turned to Baan Thai Immigration Solutions for urgent help. "Wilbert was confident and reassuring from the start," the review says, and "the visa was approved in less than two weeks." That was July 2025.

Wilbert Briones is the firm's Client Services Manager, and his name, or "Wil", appears in about 29 reviews. A review from September 2025 describes another UK refusal. The reviewer's girlfriend had been turned down after applying through "a cheaper agency". In an online meeting Wilbert went through the documents a new application would need, and "the visa was issued within three weeks." In 2024 he handled a partner's Australian visit visa that had been refused elsewhere, and it was approved within three weeks.

Of the firm's 212 reviews, 35 are about getting a Thai partner or relative into another country, most often the UK or the US. The American route is the slow one. On 2 July 2024 a client "first reached out to Mark", the managing director Mark Friedman, about a K1 fiancé visa. Approval came on 28 October 2025. The review thanks "Mark, Martin, and Yanisa" for everything "from the free consultation all the way to the Visa Interview preparations". Martin, named in ten reviews, works on K1 cases alongside Mark. Another client wrote in January 2026: "When my fiance had her US embassy appointment, she had all her paperwork in order and the interview was simple."

2025 was the firm's busiest year by far, with 94 reviews, nearly three times any year before. Not every client that year left happy, and the few who explained why wrote about communication: emails and calls that waited too long for an answer, or a follow-up call that did not happen. One felt their case had not moved as they had been told it would. This year reads differently. Of 32 reviews in 2026, 31 give five stars.

For foreigners living in Thailand, the visa reviewers mention most is the Long-Term Resident visa, followed by the DTV. In-house attorney Sathida Pulsawat is named in 16 reviews, all from 2025 or 2026. An LTR-P client wrote in July that the visa came "within 2 months from start to finish" and that "Sathida was excellent in communication and directed me promptly on each step." In September a client whose wife had applied for an LTR gave "a special mention to Patboke, the attorney who accompanied us to the BOI office; she was thorough, knowledgeable, and made a potentially stressful appointment feel easy."

Not every client needed a lawyer, and one said so. Their DTV took less than two weeks, and the review is frank about why they paid: "I did research and realized I could do it myself, however, I did not want to deal with the back and forth with the embassy."
