Across 366 reviews — 295 on Google at a 4.9-star average, plus 71 on Facebook where 100% of reviewers recommend it — TMT holds a 97% User Score and 97% positive sentiment. But the number that separates it from every previous winner is its response rate: TMT replies to 89% of the reviews it receives, the highest engagement of any Agency of the Month. On an island where expats trade horror stories about agents who vanish, TMT built its reputation by picking up the phone.

From two offices — the flagship in Patong and a second in Rawai — the team runs a genuine one-stop desk. Retirement (Non-O) extensions, marriage and family visas, education and business visas, 90-day reporting, work permits, even bank-account openings and airport Fast Track: reviewers describe walking in with a problem and walking out with it solved. "TMT takes away all of that, and does everything that needs to be done in a very quick and efficient fashion, with minimal effort needed from the client," writes Simon Watkins. Michael Bilous submitted his passport on a Monday and had the extended stamp by Wednesday.

Consistency is the through-line. The oldest reviews date to 2018 and the praise has not wavered since — "the best visa partner you can get" (Claus Larsen, Patong), a company that "completely exceeds all your expectations" (Derren), "the Best Visa Service in the World" (Leema, after using both the extension and Fast Track services). Clients single out staff by name: Peter Guis "and his staff… very friendly and professional" (Simon H), and Rose — "prompt, professional, courteous… with an excellent sense of humour" (Keith Zandes).
