The only visa agency I have previously contacted that keeps you updated on various options as they become available. AVOID at all costs. They said 3 to 5 days for a simple VISA extension. Turns out they wanted weeks. They blamed me for them lying to me... they blamed immigration... they blamed everyone for their failure to communicate and live up to their guarantee. The only positive I can give them is they didn't steal my passport, they just charged me to take it for a week and I lost hundreds of dollars on reservations I couldn't make...
