I went to Tokyo from May 14 to 19, 2024. I bought a tour with Quality Express, including travel for 3 people, booking 2 hotel rooms. Room 1 - 2 guests, Room 2 - 1 guest. But the worst and unacceptable thing was the horrible hotel, extremely bad. The driver drove very slowly, far below standard, making us sit in the car for a very long time. In some places, it took up to 4...

It was said that the car ride wouldn't take long, but it actually took twice as long. They claimed this and that, but in reality, they just sent us to stay at a cheap hotel far away and drove us back to the same route to go...

The tour guide was completely useless. They had no knowledge of the...

Very bad service, communication was unclear. Better to use another tour company. Luckily, I didn't spend 100,000 on this tour company. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
